SHIPPING & PICKUP INFORMATION

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are shipped from our offices in La Quinta, CA, United States, California.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from 10:00 A.M. to 03:00 P.M.

Orders placed after 03:00PM on Friday will be processed the next business day.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

During high season or sales events it may take 7-14 business days to process shipping.

We ship anywhere in the United States and most international countries.

 

SHIPPING PROCESS

We receive and process orders from Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 12:00 PM. Domestic orders ship via USPS. Shipping costs are automatically applied to your order. Please make sure that your address is correct when placing your order to avoid returned packages and extra shipping fees.

Once the order is in possession of the mailing carrier (USPS), Everyday Sterling & Gold cannot provide estimated delivery date information for your package, but it can be traced with a tracking number provided.

Once your order is placed and processed for shipping, you will receive the following e-mail notifications:

  • Tracking number
  • Out for delivery
  • Delivered

If you haven't received any shipping notifications 8 days after placing your order, or if you have any other questions related to your order please contact us via e-mail at: everydaysterling@gmail.com.

 

PACKAGES STOLEN, DAMAGED OR LOST

We understand that having a package stolen or lost can be upsetting. However, Everyday Sterling & Gold is not held responsible once the packages are shipped and in USPS possession.

Once orders are picked up by the mailing carrier (USPS), it is their responsibility to safely deliver it to the customer. If a package is not received, but appears as DELIVERED in the USPS system, to the shipping address provided at checkout, the customer should reach out to USPS directly. Everyday Sterling & Gold is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages once they have left our shipping facilities.

Please ensure your address is correct before placing your order, this will diminish the possibility of any shipping complications. If the package is returned to our office due to an error in the shipping address entered by the customer, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs.

 

IN-STORE PICKUP

We offer a 'Local Pickup' option available for you to select when purchasing online.

Once the order is placed, the customer will receive the following e-mail notifications:

  • Order confirmation
  • Order ready for pickup

Orders placed on Fridays after 03:00PM, will be processed the following business day.

Everyday Sterling & Gold will contact the customer every 10 business days after the order is placed and marked as “Ready for pickup”. The client has up to 30 business days to pick up their order on site. Orders that are not picked up after 30 days will be cancelled. Cancelled orders will not be refunded.
