RETURN POLICY
Everyday Sterling & Gold products may be returned for store credit only within 14 days of the delivery date. The item must be returned in its original condition. From December 1st through December 31st, jewelry and clothing may be returned for store credit only within 30 days of the delivery date.
*Items such as face masks and earrings do not apply for our return policy due to sanitary guidelines.*
The store credit will be granted to the customer as a Everyday Sterling & Gold Digital Gift Card via e-mail. Gift cards cannot be returned or transferred.
Everyday Sterling & Gold is unable to refund any shipping or handling fees related to your original purchase or return.
If you need to return or exchange an item contact us via email at everydaysterling@gmail.com and title the subject of your e-mail “Return” followed by your order number during business hours. Provide with the reason for your return and/or item that you would like to exchange it for. A Everyday Sterling & Gold customer service representative will gladly assist you.
If an item arrives damaged, contact us immediately upon arrival at everydaysterling@gmail.com during business hours. Title the subject of your e-mail “Damaged Sale Items” followed by your order number. Please provide us with clear pictures of the damaged item(s) for review. Everyday Sterling & Gold will then determine if the items are eligible for an exchange and provide you with any options available.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Everyday Sterling & Gold will accept cancellations for orders within the first 24 hours after an order is placed or before the order is processed for shipping. Everyday Sterling & Gold will issue a full refund to the original payment method. After 24 hours or after shipping has been processed, cancelled orders will be issued a store credit and a Everyday Sterling & Gold Digital Gift Card will be sent via email for the total amount of the order once the merchandise is returned.
SALE ITEMS
All purchased items from the SALE section are final and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If you purchase a SALE item and it arrives damaged, contact us immediately upon arrival at everydaysterling@gmail.com during business hours and title the subject of your e-mail “Damaged Sale Items” followed by your order number. Please provide us with clear pictures of the damaged item(s) for review. Everyday Sterling & Gold will then determine if the items are eligible for an exchange.
PROMOTIONAL SALE
Any purchases made during a Flash Sale or using a promotional discount code are eligible to be returned for exchange or store credit only, as per Everyday Sterling & Gold’s policies, excluding ALL items in the SALE section.
REPAIRS
All current collection Everyday Sterling & Gold items have a 14 day warranty for factory damages. Once the 15 day warranty period expires, all Everyday Sterling & Gold jewelry is eligible for our repair services, except for ALL items in the SALE section.
Please, contact everydaysterling@gmail.com with any repair issues and we will provide a repair quote or solution if applicable. If shipping is required, all costs are to be covered by the customer.
